Cityscape Design Artwork Usage License

Thank you for choosing to work with Cityscape Design! We love being able to share our artwork with you and others through your custom project. 

The license of this high resolution image is being purchased for the artwork "Manhattan, KS Skyline" in monochromatic purple.

This license has no expiration date.

The details and constraints of the license are as follows: 

This single artwork usage agreement between licensor and licensee is exclusive. By this agreement, the licensor allows the licensee to use the image in a digital and printed resource guide PDF within the Manhattan Kansas area to promote the various programs and resources available to entrepreneurs. It will also be used in a long-form graphic on the website, sparkmhk.com.

The licensee agrees not to sell, distribute, or post online as its own artwork, or print for use of artwork to frame such as art prints, cards, postcards, etc. The licensee agrees to only use for the intentions stated above. The licensee also agrees not to adjust, edit, or alter the artwork in any way.

Cityscape Design LLC / Jessica Janasz remains the sole owner of the image’s copyright. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement.

Once purchased, the high resolution file will be emailed to you.
